A membership and reward system for content creators, built on top of my talent management work. The idea is that creators at every size should get the access, perks, and rooms that right now only open up once you hit a follower count.

Started on campus, moving online. Education and entertainment are collapsing into each other fast, and short form is where most people now learn things by accident. Dead Cat Society uses that on purpose — short form content built to make people curious again instead of just keeping them scrolling.
Joined as a volunteer marketing strategist after the founder's launch video took off. I researched comparable programs to find a working model for the format, then argued for shifting the content engine off the founder and onto the applicants — featuring real submissions, making selection a public multi-stage event, and letting people who get in promote their own win. Also worked through sponsor strategy: which partnerships are worth chasing, which are a distraction, and where to draw the line on sponsor involvement before it starts changing what the retreat actually is.
I manage creators with a combined audience of over a million across multiple platforms. The job is turning that audience into a living — finding monetization that fits what they already make, landing brand deals matched to their voice instead of whatever offer came in first, and getting them in front of people who haven't found them yet.
Managed the full content pipeline end to end — scripting, scheduling, editing, publishing. Grew a channel by 700K subscribers. Ran product testing for sponsored placements. Owned brand identity, and spent most of my energy on cultivating a community that actually cares about what gets posted, because that is what converts. Reach is easy to buy. An audience that trusts you is not.
